How it works

1. Share Your Vision

Whether you have specific ideas or are unsure of exactly what you want, share your thoughts with us. We're excited to explore your preferences and inspirations to create a custom design that reflects your style.

2. Personalized Consultation

After discussing your ideas, we'll provide a personalized consultation to finalize the design details. Here, you can ask questions, make adjustments, and ensure every aspect aligns with your expectations.

3. Secure Your Design

Once you're happy with the design, we’ll collect a deposit to initiate the creation process. This step secures your custom design schedule and material selection.

4. Measurement & Creation

We offer flexible options for taking measurements to ensure a perfect fit. You can make an appointment to have your measurements taken in person in NYC or Jersey City. Alternatively, we can guide you through the process, allowing you to take your own measurements and send them to us. Your dream dress will then be handcrafted with care and expertise, typically within a two-month timeline.

5. Delivery or Pickup

Upon completion, you have the flexibility to choose how to receive your dress. You can pick it up in person at our NYC or Jersey City locations, or we can ship it directly to you—keeping convenience a priority. Please note that final payment must be completed before the dress is handed over or shipped.
